FOR CONCRETE |
Our P-20 Polymer Cement is a heavy-duty smoothing and resurfacing
product for concrete structures. It is also used to rebuild concrete
beams, ceilings and walls. Since P-20 is more resilient than standard
concrete, it is suitable as a grouting product under equipment and
can be applied from feather edge to several inches thick. |

APPLICATION AND USES - This product can be hand or machine
mixed and is cleaned up with water.
Compared to other products, P-20 has improved adhesion, less shrinkage
and resistance to salts.
Vertical and overhead surfaces can be repaired with applications
from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thickness without
forming. Floor and formed thickness can be applied at any depth.
Our P-20 Polymer Cement is a blend of specially formulated cements
(50 lb. bag) and an acrylic copolymer
(1 1/4 gal.). Set time is 6 hours at 70 D.F.
For applications over 1/2 inch thickness, P-20 may be extended by
the addition of up to 20 lbs. of crushed
stone or pea gravel. This stone must be dry bagged stone.
